This was a great place for us to explore the town and the college. Centrally located we were able to walk a lot of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. We will stay again for sure when we visit.

The "purple penthouse" was centrally located. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were large and well stocked with basic needs. Our only issue was the short cushions on the couch that felt as though the springs might have popped through the under cushion. We didn't use the pull out so not sure if that was a cause. Would stay here again!

Blown away. A little tricky to find at night but this place is well worth it. Clean, roomy, can easily take a family of 3-5 here. Great location too. Would stay here again!

Our stay at the Little Purple Penthouse was exactly what we needed. We were in town to help our daughter move into the dorms a CMU and the location was perfect. The property was clean, quiet and easy to find. We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Cozy and comfortable get away

This is a fabulous location for a stay in Grand Junction and vicinity. Very private and quiet 2 bedroom apartment that is close to the University and downtown. Also close to orchards and wineries. We had a very nice time and can highly recommend it.

Perfect proximity to Stocker Stadium

We were in town for a high school track meet, and the stadium was right across the street. We also had a nice walk into town (a little over a mile) for dinner as well as being super close to Lunch Loops trails for a bike ride the next morning. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. Loved driving downtown (a mile away maybe) for dinners and the fireworks for the fourth were a block away. Great location for the holidays. We explored the area and came away impressed! Thank you!!!!
