Been Driving 14 hrs, checked in at 10pm, watched TV for 20 mins, Went to bed, woke up at 6:45am. Room was comfortable,,, but Luke-warm shower, not hot. Breakfast Bar needs a full time attendant when hosting YOUTH GROUPS, cereal all over counter, the few open tables were dirty with crumbs from people who left. I had to find the cleaning rag and spray to clean a table for use. 10 mins later a front desk clerk came in to clean up. So I give them a 4.5 out of 5. ; .-2 for warm water but .-3 for breakfast bar. I value clean food areas over the warm water.

Old, dirty, smelly

Old hotel, smelly, carpets are stained and dirty. Wish I would have not have booked through this app or I would not have stayed there had I walked into the lobby. I would have turned right back around.

everything was ok although the young man that makes sure food at breakfast is kept full when people leave the dining area instead of playing on his phone he could wipe tables because some people are hogs and wont clean up after themselves

Overall we had a good stay. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room was fairly clean. However, there was a funky smell, and a pair of sandles and a sock from a previous guest left in the room.

The shower wouldn’t turn on, and when I tried to call the front desk to report it, there is no phone in the room. So I looked up the phone number of the hotel, and called it. It just rang and rang and rang and rang and finally disconnected. I went to the front desk requesting a refund and they suggested I changed rooms which was an inconvenience for me.

The hotel was very clean. It is older but very well kept. The sliding glass doors could stand an upgrade though. The staff was friendly. My room keys quit working after the first night which was inconvenient but the staff quickly fixed the problem. I did not like the cable on the TV - the guide was a channel and you just had to watch it to see what was on instead of being able to scroll like every other hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast could have been better. The sausage was cold and then we noticed the warmer wasn't plugged in. I also didn't like that the milk was a whole gallon for everyone to share instead of single serving cartons. There were two options of scrambled eggs, I think they were probably powdered eggs, one was plain and the other had mixed vegetables in it (green beans, peas, and carrots) which was a little odd. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's right off of the interstate and not far from anything in town, or out of town. The price of the hotel is great and I would stay here again despite the TV and breakfast (but hopefully the breakfast is better next time!).
