RiverSong Reunion Lodge is a gorgeous riverfront family compound in Grand Lake featuring two custom-built log homes attached together with a central heated sleeping porch. This massive private micro-resort offers over 6,500 sq feet of interior living space and 6+ bedrooms with 17 individual beds, plus 6 additional cots/pull-out beds.
Our 2.5 acre property is lush with pine trees, mountain views and abundant wildlife, and is mostly flat so you can enjoy every part of it! (Our driveway is also flat for easy winter access.) The Colorado River is located along the western edge of our property, down a slope to a spacious 185' private sandy beach with wading area and numerous fishing spots. The Arapahoe National Forest is on the other side of the river for ultimate privacy.
Enjoy the "song" of the Colorado River from one of our many spacious decks covered decks. The house features 6 bedrooms (including 2 main-floor bedrooms), 5 full bathrooms, a large main kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, as well as a second kitchen located on the opposite side of the house with direct access to our grill area and outdoor covered dining area and hot tub that overlooks the river. (hot tub install is scheduled for 8/28/25)

The entire property is professionally decorated and features 2 distinct sleeping and living areas, 2 kitchens, a spacious rec room, and spacious eating areas indoors and outdoors (seating for up to 22 people) it's perfect for large/extended families who want spend quality time together but not be right on top of each other.
There are so many things to do right on the property! The large wrap-around covered deck and screened porch offer plenty of room to relax to the soothing sounds of the river. PLUS, the beautiful 2-story attached 1000 sq ft. "Party Barn" rec room remodeled in Colorado rustic barn wood style is great for indoor activities such as ping pong, foosball, giant Jenga, shuffleboard, board games, and more.
Enjoy your very own private family mini-resort with fishing in the Colorado River located right on the property, soak in the brand new hot tub on the deck overlooking the river, explore our 4-hole disc golf course, toss some horseshoes, play cornhole or ladder ball, challenge family members to a game of volleyball or tetherball, take a nap in the hammock, or snuggle under the stars by a roaring bonfire right on the private, sandy "river beach." (some outdoor amenities may not be available between November-April due to weather.)
You'll love the quiet, private setting, located just 5 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Grand Lake Village with shops, restaurants, live music, art galleries and the famous Grand Lake Beach. We're only 1/2 mile from the closest marina with plenty of room to park your boat on site or rent a boat at the marina to explore the three area lakes!
