The spacious floor plan makes the main living area an ideal spot for family gatherings. The main living room boasts vaulted ceilings that highlight the fireplace and a large array of windows that enhance the bright natural light. Numerous plush furnishings surround the roaring gas fireplace, inviting you to unwind and enjoy a beloved family movie on the large flat-screen television, or you may choose to disconnect from technology and take advantage of the expansive private deck, complete with furniture, scenic views, and a BBQ grill.
The culinary enthusiasts in your family will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped with ample custom cabinetry. Guests can gather around the large dining room table nearby, providing plenty of space for everyone during mealtimes.
On this main level, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and access to the main hallway bathroom.

Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs, or Columbine Lake. Parking is not allowed on any Columbine Lake road or community property
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.
