Welcome to Shadow Mountain Chalet- a thoughtfully designed mountain retreat overlooking beautiful Shadow Mountain Lake.

Created for gathering, adventure, and restoration, the chalet offers the perfect home base for family vacations, girls' getaways, wellness retreats, and multi-generational gatherings. Wake to mountain views and spend your days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, boating on Grand Lake, skiing Winter Park, hiking nearby trails, or simply slowing down and soaking in the hot tub. In the evening, gather on the porch to grill dinner on the direct gas-line grill-no propane tanks to refill, no interruptions- then settle in around the table for a family-style meal as the sun sets on the mountains.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open concept kitchen and living area designed to bring people together. Large widows frame the stunning Rocky Mountain views, while cozy gathering spaces invite everything from morning coffee to late-night conversations by the fire.

With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected.

The main floor primary suite features a king bed, private bath, and direct access to the porch- perfect for sneaking out with a cup of coffee before the rest of the house wakes up. A second main floor guest room offers a queen bed, beautiful views, an attached full bath, and direct porch access through a sliding glass door.

Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, and a lofted bonus space that quickly becomes the favorite hangout for kids and teens. Families will appreciate the thoughtful kid-friendly touches throughout the home, including books, toys, a play table, tent, ball pit, pack-and-play and sound machines.

One of our favorite spaces at the Chalet is the converted wellness garage, The Club Hause- a dedicated space for movement, recovery, and restoration. Enjoy the infrared sauna after a day of adventure, roll out a yoga mat for a morning practice, or simply a quiet moment to recharge.

Outside the expansive porch stretches the length of the home, offering panoramic views, outdoor dining, lounge seating, a grill and a hot tub beneath the stars. Just beyond, the fire pit invites s'mores, storytelling, and evenings spent lingering outdoors long after sunset.
