The main living area provides a space to enjoy the gas fireplace or watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, while access to a private deck includes a BBQ grill and a cozy dining space for the warmer months. The dining area is strategically located between the primary living space and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The main dining table comfortably seats up to four guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. Furthermore, there is access to the washer and dryer on the main floor. The main floor comprises two bedrooms and the lower level of the townhome features a third bedroom, secondary deck and the main entrance with a long hallway for a mud room and access to the garage parking. We had a nice stay, we liked the proximity to downtown, great views, good amenities. Access to the garage for parking was great. On the down side, it was a bit tricky navigating the 3 flights of steep stairs with a dog and 2 toddlers and with the master being on the third floor while kids’ bedrooms were on the second.
