Brand-new construction located directly on Trail 8! This amazing property is just one mile south of beautiful downtown Grand Marais, offering convenient access to restaurants, bars, shops, and groceries, while still providing a private, wooded setting among the northern pines.
This 4-bedroom home features 3 King beds! While the fourth bedroom is a bunk room offering a separate Queen bed and a Twin-over-Full bunk. Two additional Twin roll-out beds are available upon request, increasing the total bed count to eight beds to accommodate larger families comfortably. The property includes two full bathrooms independently heated from the rest of the house: one with a walk-in shower and another with a tub/shower combination, ideal for families with kiddos.
The open-concept kitchen and living area is designed for both gathering and flexibility, featuring granite countertops, premium appliances, a dishwasher, a generous amount of seating, and heated floors throughout. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer, as well as A/C for added comfort during the summer months.
The spacious parking area is a standout feature, more like a parking lot! Offering ample space for multiple trucks and large trailers, with room to drop trailers or remain hooked up.
Thoughtful attention to detail and distinctive furnishings throughout the home enhances the overall guest experience.
Your dog is also welcome, provided he or she weighs 50 pounds or less. Please note: a $100 pet fee does apply. For the comfort and care of our home, pets are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated when left unattended.

Great space to relax. Brand new beds, great decor, comfortable furniture, a Mackinac Bridge inspired live edge dining table, and a parking lot big enough for our trucks, sleds, and trailers. Hosts are amazing & local! Our go to cabin for all thing UP adventure based form now on!
