Overall nice. Casino-esk with multiple large areas connected, dining bars etc. No vegan food though which was a problem for us. Skywalk (indoor walkway) very convenient, especially for concert at DeVos Performance Hall, especially in the winter. Guest hallway noise bad, but they actually had a security person trying to manage it, don't see that often. Overall clean, Paintland side is older, but appeared they are working to update it.

It was such a treat that the hotel is located next to the river. The river walk was perfect for walking our two fifteen-pound dogs. The Wolfgang Puck Restaurant ( located on the first floor) was phenomenal ( food and wait staff). Our room was spotless and comfortable. The river view was amazing. The entire hotel staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. All our needs and requirements were met. We left the Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton extremely satisfied.

Duck Bowling was fun option. Indoor Skywalk was great whether going to the parking garage or going for a climate controlled walk in cold weather. Lots of restaurants on property and nearby walkable destinations. Front desk employees very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
