Guest care was poor. Rooms were noisy, you can literally hear everything all around you inside and out. When you call the front desk to ask for help with noisy neighbors, no one answers. Pillows were awful. This was not a good value for the money. I wasn't even asked at check out how my stay was. Clearly they don't care.

Perfect for stay to go to a concert

Very clean, convenient and comfy hotel. Nice touches. Extremely comfortable bed. The only downside, if we have to say something is the extra $30 for parking.

GREAT Grand Rapids hotel experience

This hotel was a great choice for staying over after a concert at Van Andel Arena. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and bed was comfortable. So many restaurant choices near by as well. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Very nice, clean and friendly, my only issue was the bed is firm and I am not a firm mattress fan. Love the modern room with a great view. A little loud from the street activity but I new that was going to be a concern.
