After multiple attempts to contact the hotel and trying to talk with their corporate offices, I could not confirm that anyone was there. They finally got back to me hours later, but I was on an airplane and didn’t see it. Then, they would not allow a refund even when hotels.com customer service requested it. So I didn’t even stay here and they got my money. I guess you should always check the reviews first!

I had to book a different hotel. When i arrived no one was in the office. The lights were out and no one was avaialable to answer my phone calls for over an hour. Their was mail scattered at the front desk window that looked like no one has been there for days. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL
