There were 3 bath towels in the home. No wash clothes in the bathroom. No kitchen towels, only paper towels. There were groceries left in the refrigerator, condiments are ok, but there was milk there too.

This property does not have 2 bathrooms

I specifically needed 2 bathrooms and checked the listing carefully for this, when we arrived the property was super hot and air-conditioning is old. The door spring was damaged, the porch was full of trash. My parent needs ADA accommodations and this property has all the bedrooms up a very steep stair. VRBO should rate properties for accessibility and I would not rent this place. Especially since when I told the owner of our problems he was rude and offered no negotiation on even a partial refund since we were not able to stay there.

It was not good. The cleanliness was not good with piles of dirty sheets in the closets, food in the freezer, and gunk in the kitchen drawers. There are no laundry facilities and it is only 1.5 bathrooms. I messaged my concerns and pictures. They offered to send the cleaning crew “free of charge” This would have been very inconvenient I asked for my cleaning fee to be refunded. They said they would get back to me - it has been over a week and I haven’t gotten a response. I would not recommend this property.
