Hot tub was closed down, then the tub drain in our room was broken. Staff member was very helpful to try to fix it, finally had us move to another room and that room the bathroom sink drain would back up and drain very slowly. Overall place needs some maintenance improvements.

It hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temperature was very cold. There were no towels at the pool. I had to get towels from the desk. We had 4 people staying in the room and there was only 3 towels in the room.
