There was very little about this property that I was impressed with . The room was very outdated in so many ways . Dust everywhere, My room overlooked the back dock dumpster area . Stained draperies dull gray wallpaper !! After a one night stay I decided to vacate . I tried to contact Expedia to no avail .

This hotel looks like it was once lovely and is on its way to being pretty meh. Despite the location in a very busy area, it was relatively quiet, and the folks at the front desk were friendly. The door to the bathroom in our room was slightly askew and tremendously chipped at the bottom, and the desk chair was in terrible condition. There were lots of other cosmetic issues that seemed easily fixable that made the overall appearance less enticing. The shower doors in our shower were all so broken, to head to actually hold them in place to keep both of them closed while taking a shower. I imagine it is heartbreaking for children, as it was to me as a 51-year-old woman, to see that the water slide is permanently closed. If you're not going to fix it, remove it.

I was told the hotel rooms are fully booked, and they can not fix the clogged sink because of lacking parts. They can do nothing. I have to wash everything in the shower.

Hotel needs new management! Place was dirty. There were no towels by the pool and when we asked for some they were all out. They also ran out of Bath towels for the rooms when we needed more. We were givin bath mat towels by the man at the front desk. The shower had black all around the caulking, carpets were dirty, as well as floor boards. There was also a torn up chair in our room. Workers were nice, and the beds were comfy and clean that we could tell. Worst of they are a pet friendly hotel, which doesn't usually bother me, but someone let their dog crap all the way down one of the hallways.
