1, This is a 12-15 minute ride from the airport. 2. The shuttle service did not operate on Sunday morning. I was told to call Uber. 3. Several problems: tv needing a service man to repair; towel rack without an end piece; lock in room not working as batteries were not in; phone in room not working.

Another family had a giant party going on with many rambunctious kids. It made it impossible for us to utilize the pool. Staff was aware and did nothing. Particularly concerning because the kids were engaged in dangerous behavior like running and climbing on the slide that was blocked off as broken. TV didn’t work and we had to have staff come fix it.

Wonderful airport hotel in Grand Rapids

This place is a really good option if you’re staying in Grand Rapids. The area around this place has a ton of good restaurants and shopping. The room was clean. The check-in was fast and the staff were very helpful.

Very friendly staff! We rode the shuttle from the airport & they came to get us even at 1 am & they were there so fast. The walls in the rooms are very thin so it was pretty loud but we would definitely stay again.

Someone tried to get into my room at 4am, they kept on scanning their card I got in to the room at 11pm, i was granted a late check out, at 8am the maid was knocking on the door. Not much sleep that night.
