Th heat is set to only run when there’s motion so if we watched tv in one room the other room would get cold. At night when sleeping it would get cold because of no motion. Woke up freezing several times. Bed was a bit lumpy. Was very clean. Trash outside of third floor elevator hadn’t been emptied in days. It was full to the brim. Staff encountered were pleasant.

Very clean room, and one of the best items for the business traveler is the rooms have a multitude of power out lets with an excellent work desk. Also a great location with many restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are clean and no weird smells. The food is great and the hotel is pretty accommodating as i needed to checkout late and they happily extended and extra hour free of charge. The showers are absolutely amazing and so is the mirror in the bathroom. You are provided many towels in the room as well as a water bottle for purified water to use in the coffee machine. the pool has an attached section for toddlers to go in and can be montitored from lounge chair or hot tub. Free wifi and cable. If im ever in the area again i wouldnt even question it yeah im staying there

Check in smooth. Room clean. Except for the coffee pot. Had grounds and used tea bag left inside. Nice layout. Spacious. Love the shower head and hand held sprayer. Love the shelving for products in the bathroom too. One long cracked tile in the shower. Office chair fabric severly peeling on the back rest. Lovely hotel and room. Just replace the chair, already. All in all great value. Has in room fridge. Has large pool with slide, gym, bar & restaurant. Great location near Calvin, mall, theater. I'd stay again for the price for sure.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The hallways were unbearably frigid and the room took 45 minutes to heat up in order to take our coats off. When showering the water didnt drain and we had to stand in dirty water on our feet.
