Staff and service was very good. But the building and room, facilities needs a lot of upgrades. Its a Hilton, but the building and rooms, carpet, bathroom felt like a 2 star hotel at best. The hotel has been around for a long time and needs an overall upgrade in every aspect.

Unfortunately the pool was not available due to a maintenance issue. Not really their fault but was disappointed because my daughter loves swimming and has been in this pool few times before, it's one reason we like to stay here

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Hotel clerk was very rude when I requested a partial refund then I Was supposed to receive a partial refund which I did not.
