Unappealing, smelled like smoke. No mention of a deposit until last second. Heater was broken. Air felt dry. Air filters were visibly unclean and were not switched for a very long time. Half the machines for breakfast were broken the majority of my stay. Not coming back at all.

Great service!

Comfortable beds, shower drained slow but good water pressure and warm. It was quite in the room didn't hear others from in the room. Felt safe as a single female to stay.

I told myself "Its only one night and I want to save money before my early flight out". I will not do this again. This property is old,.descrepit and creepy. Hotels in the 28th street area near the Grand Rapids Airport have always been questionable, but Expedia ratings on this Econolodge.were high. I think this is a setup, because this place should be bulldozed. Old, patchwork repaired, and while the bed was good, it was a plumbers nightmare. Stay away and spend a few extra dollars for something less creepy and creaky. Morning breakfast could not be less delivered. Day-old bagels and broken juice dispenser. Ugh..gross.

I am so happy Hotels.com recommend this place. I was struggling finding an amazing hotel in area of the airport that wouldn't break the bank and was also a clean place to stay, and I am so thankful this hotel was here. The prices were amazing, the staff is amazing, my room is clean and it's walking distance to get food. I would definitely recommend 10/10 to anyone.

Rooms are fairly clean, but not maintained.

This is the third time staying here and there is always something wrong with the room. Dirty air filters, no aerators on the faucets, stains on the desk chairs, extremely loud or non working bathroom exhaust fans. This time the repaint on the tub was completely coming off and looked really bad. The free breakfast is very disappointing and the coffee machine in the breakfast area wasn’t working. Then tried the coffee in the room and it was old and smelled stale. The staff is friendly, but the rooms need maintenance.
