Excellent hotel, and at a great price. The pool is spotless and warm, and open until 11. Fitness center well-setup and available. Bbreakfast was among the best we have had at a motel recently. The English of some of the staff gave me a little trouble understanding, but no real problems. I don’t get to Grand Rapids a lot, but will be glad to stay here when i do.

Check In went pretty quick and easy without any problems - yes there is incidentals u will have to pay typically just $20.. Breakfast is alright id say like 6.5/10 Front door locks at night so you have to let company in if you have some which i dont like but overall its a nice hotel staff is nice rooms are clean

The hotel was hard to find because it's not directly on the arterial street and not clearly visible, especially if arriving at night. In other respects, however, it's in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a coffee maker and small refrigerator. Staff was very courteous and the breakfast room attendant kept the serving area tidy and well stocked.

when i came to check in i was waiting for almost 10mins, along with 4 other people. i also stayed for two nights and housekeeping did not come in the room once to change the trash, or give new towels. besides that everything else was decent
