had a early check in of 2 and was not ready. The at three the room was not ready so we had leave for our event without checking in and being able to wash up. The same for our son, daughter and grandsons two rooms. Very disappointed. Also when we came back in the evening/dark out, our grandsons bedside lights did not work nor did he have a lamp to turn on the room lights. Maintenance needed to be called. Unfortunately, we will not use Hampton Inn again.

The room was wonderful. The gentleman that was at the desk when we arrived was overwhelmed. Some of the rooms weren’t ready for people. I’m glad everyone kept a cool head and didn’t get upset. He was doing the best that he could considering the circumstances. Probably need to hire some more housekeepers so the rooms are ready for check in time.
