Staff was fine. Room was clean. HIE&S GR Airport South enticed me to stay with their free roundtrip airport shuttle amenity and then failed to deliver leaving me in a lurch. Thankfully Uber came through.

The room when we entered was cold, and I thought we had two queens and it looked like doubles. But we had a peaceful night of sleep. Well worth the stay! Warm the room a little more before people show up in the winter.

Our stay was wonderful, in a clean room, and we enjoyed the breakfast. We used the Park and Fly that was so convenient along with the airport shuttle. The staff was knowledgeable regarding shopping and restaurants. We are very grateful to Anna, the General Manager who helped us resolve a weather related issue. We would definitely stay again.
