Clean great location and quiet

This was for one night with my husband. The room was definitely small but the bed was comfortable and it seemed extremely sound proof. We didn’t hear anything besides some street noise (second floor). It was a great location and very clean

Good place for a quick Grand Rapids stay

Close to the highway, the rumble in the background can be a bit annoying. Otherwise great location, close to downtown, great service.

Everything was very clean. I had a procedure at the hospital and live 4 hours away, hotel 5 min from hospital. Procedure was at 7:30 am worked out perfectly.

They really need to do a better job securing the parking lot. There are a lot of questionable characters hanging around. Also, the windows feel like they are open as the street noise sounded like we were sleeping on the street. No insulation at all.

My son and I stayed for three days/two nights. It is conveniently located as the museums and downtown area are within walking distance. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals and the waitstaff was friendly. I highly recommend staying here. My only complaint is that the freeway is right next to the hotel and was a bit noisy at night.
