Perfect room with a city view

The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room is perfect for short term and long term stays. Inlcuded a full fridge, two electric burners, small dishwasher (dish soap as well and dishwasher soap included) dishes, glasses and silverware. Only things i noticed that were missing was a sponge to pre-wash the dishes and hand soap in the bathroom. The dishwasher itself could use a good calcium cleaning itself. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. One of the bedrooms windows faced the parking garage so it was noisy throughout the night. Other than that it was a great stay.

We loved the look of the rooms and they were very clean. Almost felt like you were in a loft with exposed brick. The kitchen and living area were a plus. The only issue was the wood floor was so loud. You could not walk anywhere in the room or in the hallway on our floor without it creaking.

Nice hotel! Room was clean and kitchen was stocked. Great location. The Sundance Grill was great, rooftop bar was a nice place to meet up for a drink before going out.

The hotel was very clean, with a convenient location to downtown and the zoo. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, with 3 adults and 2 kids, and it was wonderful! The kids loved the pool when we had down time. The breakfast buffet was small but met everyone's needs. Overall a great stay and would choose this hotel again the next time we come to Grand Rapids.

We liked the view and old wood floors, brickwork and location. Pool itself was fine, pool towels were small and rough. No hot water due to construction. Was not informed until check in. We were unable to shower at the hotel during our stay. Dishes in the room were dirty, bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
