My new go-to?

Property feels new and bright. Wide hallways and larger rooms. Mattresses were truly medium firmness. My room felt clean and the sheets were bright white with no stains. Same for the towels. Several USB-A and USB-C charging ports, along with 110VAC outlets on the nightstands and desk. Breakfast was typical. Cereal, bagels, oatmeal, meh egg cups. Pretty standard. If the price keeps making sense, I'll keep staying here.

Property was beautiful and we loved our room and the breakfast. Our only complaint was the pool, while not freezing it was definitely cold. Colder then you would expect, it kept the adults out but the kids went in and shivered the whole time.

Terrible hotel

Avoid this hotel! Dead bugs in the rooms, hair all over the bathrooms, clogged drains, and blood on the comforter! Should have know the price would reflect the condition! Would not issue a refund so this will be my last Hotels.com booking.

Freezing cold pool

I stayed here on 1/25/25 and specifically selected this location because of the pool. My young girls were hoping to enjoy the inside pool during the winter. Unfortunately the pool temperature was way to cold to swim. Other guests were also complaining to the front desk workers about this. We were given the General Managers email and told to contact him. I emailed hoping for atleast a partial refund as the experience was completely waisted due to the pool conditions, and the manager responded saying there's nothing they can do. Very bad service and lost a customer in the future. Don't stay here if you're looking for a good pool experience.

Horrible Stay!

Horrible stay. The heat in the rooms didn’t work properly. The pool was not heated. No pool towels available. Restaurant wasn’t open due to renovation. Kids were screaming all night and running up and down the hallways. There was trash everywhere. The trash bins were full. Was not able to call down to the front desk because there phone lines were cut. Management did nothing to help.

Just Okay

Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated the carts that were available for us to use for our luggage. The room had plenty of space, and I liked the fact that it didn't have carpet. While our stay was fine, there were a few things that could be improved. There was definite draft from the window--which the bed was right next to, the refrigerator hummed loudly, and the bathroom fan was annoying. Also, and more significantly, the fire alarm was disconnected in the room. Admittedly, in a different room we probably wouldn't have had these small irritations. And perhaps others aren't as annoyed by constant sounds, like I am. We did hear people talking and closing their doors throughout the night. The breakfast was okay, not quite the creatively curated experience that was advertised, but the coffee was hot and plentiful, and the standard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, make-your-own-waffle, and cereal were all available. Unfortunately, the bar (counter that served as a sort-of bar) was not set up to take credit cards if you had booked through a third-party website. Definitely a bummer. One reason we chose this hotel was the promise of a place to relax with loved ones after a hard day. All in all, the room was clean, everyone was friendly, the hotel served our purpose, and we got the room for a good price. Would I stay there again--no. But the stay was adequate and will likely be forgotten until we need to stay in the area again and we think: not there.

Place was vey clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing was the pool was too cold for an indoor heated pool in the middle of a snow storm. Will be back. Amazing location and rooms were awesome. Plenty of room.

We were in town for our grandfathers funeral. We stayed from wed-sat. Here is a list of problems with hotel. - first 2 nights the room was freezing and the heat would not get any higher. We had to. Oreos a blanket from Grandmas house - it snowed an inch or two everyday. They did not plow the lot at any point. They did not shovel the walkways. - there was no hot breakfast. The waffle machine was broken. The only protein was hard boiled eggs and that was only on one morning I was there. - after a very tough day my wife wanted to get a glass of wine (hotel says bar open till midnight) at around 930pm. The system was down. She asked if she could pay in any way. They said no. She had a credit card on file. The guy said they couldn’t use the card cause she booked third party. They denied a glass of wine to a grieving woman. - my wife complained about this the next day. They said “sorry” but did nothing to rectify this situation. At least offer a free beverage. Would never stay here again and makes me question booking in a Hyatt
