Perfect house for 4 couples attending a concert at Van Andel! Home was clean and has lots of room for everyone. Mike was great with communication and helpful information. Nice neighborhood and only 10-15min drive to downtown GR! I would definitely rent this home again in the future for a concert.

Rented this house for a group of 7..had plenty of room for even more people. Mike was very easy to get ahold of and contacted me prior to visiting to ensure everything was set. He had just painted and had carpets washed, place was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Stocked with everything we needed for bedding, cooking, etc. Good location, very easy to Uber into downtown

I originally planned our stay here for 5 guys on a Michigan tour. For many reasons, it ended up being only me and my brother staying in this 4-bedroom home. So, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice home, neighborhood and location for us. It is a split-level home, so I would not recommend for folks having problems with stairs. However, for us, it worked out very well.

Comfortable wedding stay
