Poor hotel condition

This was the worst place ever. My daughter feel in a hole in there parking lot. Went inside and told them. Filled out paperwork which they only wanted one spot filled out. I did the entire form. They never offered her anything. My granddaughter went to the desk for bandaids..she brings back 2 tiny bandaids. So i went down asked for more bandaids. They wouldnt give them unless i paid for the package. I asked for joining rooms she moved us to the second floor open the door smells like someone smoked pot We had to move 3 times to get a half way decent room

The room had people above us with so much running and walking around. Between 10-11pm we could barely stand it, so we texted the number and the staff did go ask and the people above us did stop. The exercise facility had absolutely NO cleaning supplies. Just not okay to not wipe bikes, elliptical, and treadmill done when working out. I complained at the desk; said she would clean it but next day still no cleaning supplies in there…should be cleaned after each person who uses it. Also, on the short walk to Starbucks, the property has so much trash on the property!! Should be cleaned up!

Such a disappointment

The pool was out of service but I was not told until I went to take my kids to the pool and saw the sign on the door. The food was old and gross and we had to ask to have the fruit bowl filled. Super disappointed and definitely will not be back

I think this is Hilton's attempt at providing an Econolodge. In the room I had one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel, and one bathmat. The bathmat disappeared after the first night. They did provide extra towels when requested. Probably my fault that I didn't read the fine details when booking, but the included breakfast was a continental breakfast...cereal, toast, fruit, muffins, bagels, yogurt and coffee and juices. All of that was fine, however I was traveling with a group for a trade show and thought I had booked a place with bigger breakfast offerings. All in all, the hotel was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There are no drawers to place your clothing, however there are shelves you can put your clothes on if you don't want to live out of your suit case. I'm not sure if I would stay here again. If you're looking for clean and simple, this hotel would work fine.
