The halls smelled like mildew, bathroom in pool area was disgusting. No ice bucket or microwave in the room and the pillows should’ve been updated a long time ago.

Filthy and Need of Repair

We chose to stay here because it was a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, this was the worst Hilton hotel I've stayed. The property appeared in disrepair. The paint was chipped and peeling, it seemed there was a mechanical issue with the elevator, and the common areas were not air conditioned in July. When we opened the door to our room, we were immediately hit with the smell of smoke. I contacted the front desk and asked for a different room or refund and was told that was not possible. If these things weren't bad enough, there were dried buggers on the bathroom wall and hairs in the shower. Overall, this hotel is filthy, mismanaged, and in need of maintenance.

Card hold not advertised, rude when disputing

I explained I was not advised of the card hold and had no card at the moment to put it on. Desk was uncaring even when I said I couldn’t get a refund in time and would end up in my car. Sorry with a smile. Only after I pressed and stated I had already paid in for for the room did she say Ok Ok rudely, slide a card across and flatly say room number X breakfast at … have a nice night. As monotone as possible.

I thought the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Our family loved it that the pool was open late and the breakfast was available until 10. The single negative thing was the crowd gathered outside after dark at the picnic/seating area. They were loud and intimidating and trashed the entire area with cigarette butts and food wrappers, bottles. I felt there was not enough staff to confront/control this group .

Should Have Started At Holliday Inn

Stayed three days, no room service. Had to go to front desk for towels and TP. No coffee in room, first day no cream for coffee. Breakfast offering were very poor, we ate out. Had to ring bell at front desk to get attention of attendant.
