Dirty pillow cases, and a broken tv. I left before finding anything else. The desk clerk said the owners would refund me on Monday.

This hotel was convenient for a one night quick stay. Friendly check in and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking seems to be a bit of an issue, every spot in the front was consistently taken. Breakfast could also be improved, it took a bit to get more regular coffee refilled, and the only choices left when we arrived were bagels and yogurt. Overall a good stay.

My stay was fine until morning of checkout. A couple hours before checkout (I was still asleep and had the do-not-disturb sign out), someone who I’m assuming and hoping was an employee OPENED my door. Because I was asleep, I didn’t really see anything, and convinced myself the sound had been the door across the hall. Anyway… When I got up, that’s when trouble really hit. My door was OPEN. Thankfully I had the bar across so the door could not open more than an inch, but it was open. While I had been sleeping. I informed the front desk when I checked out, but nothing was really done other than an apology. Idk, I’m just still a little rattled by the experience and would have expected better of a Hilton.

staff was extremely friendly!! great location we stayed the night for a concert at Van Andel, only a 12 minute drive from the arena clean modern room and thank god for the wireless chargers! we traveled across the state and i left mine at home! we will definitely be staying again when we find our way back to GR’

Comfy bed but missing hot breakfast opt

The room was okay. I was disappointed at how loud it was in our hallway on Saturday night. There should have been someone helping keep tgings quiet after 10pm, or certainly after midnight. We stayed 3 nights for a college visit. By far, the best aspect was the bed. It was very comfortable. The shower seemed to have a dirty floor and our bathroom fan cover was hanging off the wall. Staff was kind though I had a hard time understanding the night guy. He was super friendly though. Breakfast was also dissappointing. No hot option for breakfast....not even make your own waffles. That would have helped.
