This is a beautiful, updated, clean hotel with the friendliest staff, and its in the perfect location for my stays in GR (and I love the breakfasts!). Unfortunately, there is a loud, random whacking sound that happens throughout the night. I had a pleasant chat with the front desk attendant, and was told that they are aware, but it is in the air unit and it is unfixable. How unfortunate - I won’t stay at this hotel again because I laid awake all night hearing the banging.
