My bathroom had mold in the sink as well as the edge of the tub surround. The hair dryer did not work. The mattress was terrible and the cheap microfiber sheets had me waking up sweating with the room thermostat set at 68! I'm probably too generous with my ranking honestly. The highlight was the breakfast attendant who did a great job and was very nice to interact with.
