Completely overpriced for the condition of the room; over $200/night after taxes and fees. Room was dirty and damaged as listed below: 1. Damaged door on main storage chest that conceals refrigerator. 2. Food wrappers and dirt between bed and wall. 3. Lack of sweeping/mopping of the floor. 4. Mold/mildew/rust in and around bathroom, including door jamb, tile, and tub. 5. Ceiling and wall finishes peeling from drywall, partially repaired/patched drywall. 6. Damage to bathroom door handle. 7. Punch hole in bathroom door. 8. Scratches in door finish (guessing from animal). 9. Old smoke smell in hallways and in our room; I had requested a non-smoking room. Truly sad that the neither property management or Expedia feel compelled to consider even a partial refund for the shape the room was in. I submitted pictures of the condition of the room nearly a week ago and have yet to hear back from Expedia. Will not stay at this hotel again and will likely use other online booking services in the future.

Not worth what we paid.

The room was not worth what we paid. The room was not very clean; the door inside was filthy with greasy looking hand prints, the floor was kind of sticky, curtains were falling down. The bedding was cheap and the blanket was thin and ruff. Not a very good breakfast either.

Property is poorly maintained with broken fixtures, outdated windows and dusty "bar" area that hasn't been used in years. Stains on furniture and floors. All floors in the room have been replaced with cheap linoleum that isn't even laid properly. Bathroom door in our room was replaced at some point (you could tell it was a cheap replacement) and was never painted. We stayed only because we didn't see any bugs, so that's a plus, but we would never stay here again. You could tell it used to be a nice hotel but hasn't been updated or even upkept properly. Maybe private/family owned now. I think they're trying, but they definitely aren't investing in the property.

Window screen busted out. Window treatments, torn, and wouldn’t close properly. Broken toilet seat. Refrigerator didn’t work Most disappointing was the AC would not work, 72°. Couldn’t get it to turn down. Slept with the broken window open all night.

First of all the price quote by Expedia was not the end result. It was close to $100 dollars extra. Not cool. The place was filthy and the service was poor to none, the breakfast room was 50 degrees. And more. Never again. Expedia should refund the additional cost. Could have gone to a cleaner 50 a night motel.

There was not a hot tub, they covered it up in the last 4 years. We found part of a weave by the pool. We couldn't use one of the plugs in our room because it had something stuck in it and there was a huge gap under a lot of the room doors. We asked for extra towels and got one.

Overall our stay was okay. There were no towels at the pool & we had to call to have them delivered down to us. The rooms were really dull & dusty. Our bathroom door handle was cracked. The hallways smelled bad. There were some sketchy people there. Overall I’d give this “hotel” a solid 3.

Absolutely disgusting and very outdated pictures. Seems like a scam hotel with people living in the rooms. Dirty, everything is broken, pool was filthy. Restaurant and bar isn’t even running or operating. We left within 15 minutes and still have not received a refund.

First time I was ever charged a refundable deposit for a hotel room, that was odd. Staff didnt seem too eager or friendly. We took the stairs to the 3rd floor since it was closer to our room than the one elevator they had, only to get to the top and see that there was no way to open the door from that side. Everyday the hallways either smelt a little like cigarette smoke/weed or mold, so that was gross. Overall vibe was just a little odd.
