Staff were very friendly. The swimming pools were wonderful and perfect for our toddler. Nice range of food at the buffet. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay. The man made beach is not as nice as a natural one but gives you the opportunity get in the sea and for water sports.

Very friendly staff

The staff of the hotel is very nice and devoted, they really made the stay enjoyable. The beach is not very good to swim. There's no restaurant in the village (if you go there you depend on the hotel and have to eat dinner in the hotel). The food is fine. Overall the price-quality is good and it's a nice place to be.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité tres agréable du personnel Propreté limite parfois Établissement trop excentré Animation quasi inexistante qui ne s'adapte pas au conditions météorologiques.

Hôtel magnifique, le cadre est juste exceptionnel! Dans un petit village authentique que nous avons pris plaisir à découvrir avec un guide de l’hôtel (gratuit). Le personnel est aux petits soins et très gentil, jeux et activités gratuites... je recommande vraiment et j’y retournerai en all inclusive car noelle s avons extrêmement bien mangé à toute heure.

Hôtel calme

L'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchi Situé à côté de la cascade et non loin de l'île aux cerfs Les buffets sont différents chaque soir Cadre idyllique

Mécontente et déçue...

Le menu revient très souvent pas assez varié Aux entrées il n'y a pas le choix : SALADE,concombres,carottes,maïs,tomates,ect ..toujours pareil...les desserts pas assez variés:gâteaux à toutes les sauces (Quand il fait chaud ,nous n'avons pas envie de desserts bourratifs...Manque des fruits de saisons exotiques..Toujours bananes,oranges,poires ,pommes,...celà ne nous change pas de chez nous!!! Quant à l'organisation de l'hôtel je mettrais 5/10 elle est pratiquement nulle...Aucune cohérence ,çà court dans tous les sens....A l'arrivée On vous fais attendre presque trois quart d'heure avant de vous donnez la clé de votre chambre..et l'on vous donne un jus de fruit comme celà même si vous êtes debout .En Bref on ne vous demande pas de vous asseoir pour que vous puissiez rédiger les formalitées et boire un verre de bienvenue tout en vous détendant..Vous venez quand même pour certain de faire plusieurs heures en avion ...heureusement que ce n'était pas mon cas....cet hôtel ne mérite pas un 3* tout juste un 2 et encore...Croyez moi j'en ai fais des hôtels et celui ci est passable!!! les pieds dans l'eau oui,le site de l'hôtel oui,autour de l'hôtel ,sale, le village très délabré,pendant au moins deux kilomètres on a l'impression d'arriver dans un village de madagascar où il n'y a rien cela peut faire peur Quand à l'organisateur nautique de L'HOTEL ce n'est qu'un escroc...4800 roupie demandé au lieu de 2200...pour un taxi jusque Flic en Flac.....NAVRANT!!!!

excellent souvenir

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbes. Dépaysé dès les premières minutes, le personnel est accueillant et la cuisine excellente. Personnellement je sais où Revenir pour me détendre.
