Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time there, didn't know what to expect, but family had a great time. Would go back, but to different unit. Unit has some items that need work. None of the interior doors closed 1st floor. They seemed warped or the frames were warped. Any Privacy was an issue (bathrooms/bedrooms). Screened porch also has door frame issues. 2 in. gap from door top to door frame. Had daily wasps on porch because of that. Front walkway had warped boards, and the porch has rotting splintered boards and chipping paint causing severe tripping hazard.
