Freshly painted in spring 2023, the condo features all-new furnishings, modern appliances, an outdoor gas grill, and a washer and dryer replaced in 2023. Sleep soundly on the new king-size mattress or the pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. A swivel recliner in the bedroom and brand-new swivel rocker patio furniture, added in 2024, provide extra comfort for your stay. Plus, this unit is dog-friendly for pets up to 40 lbs, making “The Lady A” the perfect waterfront getaway.
