This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of Lake Barkley and is conveniently located within walking distance of the outdoor pool, playground, and boat rentals. Inside, you’ll find new hardwood floors, appliances, furniture, paint, and lighting throughout. The upstairs loft bedroom features a king bed, two recliners perfectly positioned for enjoying the lake views, a 50” Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance or extra warmth on cool evenings. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds with all-new mattresses (replaced in fall 2020), along with its own 50” Smart TV. The main living area provides plenty of seating, stunning lake views, a 55” Smart TV with DVR, a warming fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Outside, the brand-new deck and screened-in porch create the perfect space for relaxing or grilling on the gas grill while soaking in the views. Additional amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, washer/dryer, USB ports in nightstands and living area, board games, and access to two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a fitness center and spa, boat launch, and easy access to Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area with beaches.
