I appreciate that this hotel has received a Reno! My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the towels soft. Check in was a bit slow and you can tell the main lobby gets some heavy foot traffic. For the price I would stay again as long as it was a renovated room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious room with comfortable beds with fantastic extras. Shampoo conditioner body wash and lotions that were better than any other hotel that I have stayed at. Wonderful actual real breakfast included in the room price. Not just a continental breakfast. Every staff member I came in contact with were upbeat friendly and happy to see you. You had to scan your key card to get up the elevator so not just anyone can wander the hotel. The price was worth the stay here. This is my new favourite place to stay in Grand Prairie for sure. I will be back to this wonderful place next time I’m through.

Great spot, the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. Only downsides were the lack of insulation/sound proofing in the space, it was very easy to hear the people around you. The water pressure was also low, not a deal breaker but definitely would have been nice to have more pressure. Overall a solid place to stay!

Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and looked as advertised. Went down for breakfast.... limited choice and some of it was only warm even after watching come from the kitchen. My biggest beef was during my 5:30 am checkout. I had to ask for a receipt. Compared my room charge to the Hotels.com email with my total price and they are not the same. The hotel charged me more and when questioned, the employee stood there and just looked at me, after showing my price from the internet. Who made the mistake - Hotels.com or the hotel? No time to argue, so I left. Will need a new app for finding hotels and I won't be back there.
