Excellent breakfast and comfy rooms. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi, and when you’re travelling with pre-teens, that is an issue. Could be because we were on the top floor.

Too hot-air conditioners didn’t work in 2 rooms

The rooms were so hot! They moved us and it was worse…the air conditioning ran all night and only brought it down 1degree in both rooms…went and bought fans that helped but only moved hot air

Room cleaners were inconsistent. Some days they would only leave one towel, for three occupants. Others days, the coffee and tea condiments would not be topped up, another day, they were lazy making the bed and only pulled the duvet up and fluffed it leaving the under sheets missing. On a plus, the staff was friendly, courteous and responsive when we asked for these things to be fixed.
