We enjoyed our stay at the Podollan Inn and Spa. The parking was easy, the check-in was quick. All things we appreciate. The breakfast was excellent! I would suggest for your housekeepers that one face cloth for two people is not enough. The elevator doors need repair. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay, thank you.

The room was dark and outdated, with broken lamps and limited lighting. We also found a used Starbucks cup with leftover drink still in the microwave, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The elevator squeaked loudly and felt like it was on its last leg. The only redeeming quality of our stay was the breakfast, which was surprisingly good.

There was a hole in the ceiling dripping water right outside our room, little concerning not appealing to look at when getting to your room after a long drive. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, it had indents in the mattress, most likely from over use. I’d definitely replacing the mattress in that room. I’ve definitely had better rooms/stays there. I stay there lots, but this time was disappointing.

The room I had was terrible. Toilet was no secure, fridge froze food and was not clean, blinds couldn’t be closed, bed was worn out! Worst room I’ve stayed in there

This is one of the worst properties I've ever been at the elevator showed I was at the third floor while I was actually at the fourth. It looked like someone took a crowbar to my door. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty while there was something splashed on the wall that looked gross. None of the blinds worked. The living room tv was about the size of an iPad so bring your binoculars if you are going to watch tv. The hotel and the room along with the restaurant are not vwry well lit. Lighting is quite dim. The front staff were not receptive to any complaints. They just took notes. I hope the bed sheets were clean.

Beautifully appointed rooms. A separate bath and shower, a very comfortable king sized bed and nice and quiet. All the staff were great. The included a la cart breakfast was delicious and a great deal. The only thing I would recommend would be more light, at least in the bathrooms, so ladies can apply makeup in good light.
