Staff at counter was great . Breakfast staff was not so friendly and seemed cranky. Hallways on room floors were in horrible dirty shape for both days we were there . Back stairs have never seen a vacumn. The bed was great and room was nice but the tub had a fair amount of hair left in it .

Unfortunately the sink was backed up. When I noticed, it was 11pm and the staff suggested I change rooms. It was too late and I had to go to bed at that point. Additionally, the bathtub was extremely stained to the point where it looked very dirty. I truly do not give bad reviews but I am extremely deterred from staying at this location in the future.

The room was very hot and no way to cool it. Windows only opened a inch and Tye thermostat was turned to 10C. Room never got below 23. The TV had issues also but the maintenance tech cane to fix it.

The Handicap parking was taken both Friday & Sat. by someone who was NOT displaying a handicap sticker. Perhaps this could be monitored most especially with the freezing rain and slippery parking lot to have to walk across. Thank you.

The room was clean, the lighting was poor. The staff were super. I wouldn’t go again because they charge extra to use an AMEX card and they charge extra for utilities so the “room charge” advertised is not real. The breakfast was excellent.
