My stay here was horrible, we stayed here cause i have had family stay here before and my kids liked the pool. When we entered the room my daughter went to put her food in the fridge but there was a piece of chicken in there. When I told the front desk they said theyd make a note, and I could clean it myself. Then after putting us in the top floor they told us the elevator was broken, and since I've already checked into that room I cant change. After been giving a dirty room anf having no elevator to bring luggage up they still never gave me a discount. Most disgusting place ive ever stayed in.

Had a great stay. Booked a smoking room became that’s all that was Available and the lady at the front desk upgraded it at no charge. Had a great stay. Had a terrible time trying to change my booking with the app tho. But they were able to change it at the hotel.

The mattresses are way too firm and the breakfast is just meh. Twice now we’ve been given a room with damage. This last trip the bathroom doors wouldn’t latch, which is super inconvenient when traveling with your two teenage sons.

The room was incredible. Very large and very clean. Bathroom was way small but we managed It was awkward going to the pool as we had to walk through the lobby and ask for towels each time we went. The lobby floor was completely soake (understandable being winter) however, when in your bathing suit and no shoes not very convenient at all. And we had to ask for the staff to turn the slide on each time. Overall very nice and will stay again.

Hotel was good.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good & the rooms were okay nothing fancy. I booked a suite and it was tiny. Our hockey team enjoyed the pool. The overall feel of the hotel was a little dark but it worked for our group.

Stay was good. Pool was nice. Breakfast was terrible. The same sausage and hash browns were made both days, with very small amounts being made at a time. No cheese, granola bars, fresh fruit or pastry type things like at other hotels. Hardly any variety. Things ran out so fast because there was lots of people and very little space for the breakfast. Room was decent though. However, I booked two rooms for my family and it would have been nice to have them adjoining or at least on the same floor. Staff was nice.
