Bonjour, Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre séjour ne fut pas agréable. Nous avons plusieurs types de chambres et de tarifs pour répondre à tous les besoins. Nous vous avons attribué la chambre selon votre choix. Nous aurions pu, suite à une demande de votre part, vous donner une chambre plus spacieuse. Vraiment désolé.
