This stunning two-story, 150 m² property offers a modern, sunlit retreat, perfect for a relaxed getaway. Designed with comfort and style in mind, it's bathed in natural light from large windows and filled with everything you need to feel at home.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living space with a spacious seating area, including a sofa to kick back and enjoy a movie after a day out. The open kitchen invites everyone to gather the essentials to whip up a great meal—an oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, there's a large dining table perfect for sharing meals and a convenient service bathroom nearby.

Upstairs, the two inviting suites await. The main suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds and another full bathroom. All are prepared with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious terrace and outdoor areas, perfect for soaking up the fresh air.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Tróia, Portugal, is a stunning coastal paradise known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and tranquil ambience. Located on a peninsula just south of Lisbon, this area offers visitors a chance to unwind on long stretches of sandy shores surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and the serene beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Tróia is also home to various outdoor activities like dolphin watching, cycling, and golfing, making it an ideal spot for those seeking relaxation and adventure.

Aside from its natural charm, Tróia boasts a rich cultural heritage with sites such as the Roman ruins of Cetóbriga, where guests can explore ancient baths, fish-salting tanks, and mosaics that date back centuries. With easy access to excellent restaurants, beach clubs, and nearby Setúbal via ferry, Tróia seamlessly blends leisure, history, and modern amenities for an unforgettable experience.

The villa is accessible by car.

The Atlantic Ferries - Tróia (Cais Sul) - is a 7-minute drive - connecting Tróia and Setúbal by boat.

Humberto Delgado Airport is 1 hour and 43 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
