Grant Bungalow River Breezes Kayak Sandbar

Small 1930’s Sears Kit house brought down by barge and assembled on the property in 1930.
Glimpses of the river from the front porch. The bungalow is small it is 650 sqft. If you are noise sensitive this is not the place for you as the Bungalow is on US1 and directly behind is the railroad,some people love trains!!!
There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher so you have to do the dish’s the old fashioned way!
Please park in the front of the Bungalow and not at the side. One side is the septic and I do not own the land to the north.
The Bungalow is a no smoking inside property if found to have smoked inside there will be a $300 deep
Cleaning fee.
There are approximately 4 places within walking distances to eat at. The once a year Grant Seafood Festival is walking distance from the Bungalow and is getting bigger and bigger every year.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Indian River Lagoon Preserve State Park. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a dishwasher in the vacation home.
