There was a cockroach in our room and when I informed the property they did nothing but attempt to step on it. The air conditioning vent was covered in dust. There was boogers on the shower curtain.

BED BUGS!!! My family and i decided to stay for 1 night as we were on a road trip and made a last minute reservation to spend the night at the best western, little did we know as we were gathering our things the next morning getting ready to check out next to my 2 month old that was laying on the bed we saw a bed bug crawling on the bed.. horrible experience as we did not want to take any bugs home with us, this caused great inconvenience for my family and manager refused to give us refund instead he wanted to give us reward point which i did not want bc why would i go back to stay with them.

The air conditioning in the room did not work at all. Called front desk and they had no answers. Myself and children had trouble sleeping because of the heat in the room. Also requested towels, told they would be up shortly. Never showed up with towels , had to search for a worker (because no one was at the front desk) and even then it was trouble to get towels. Breakfast ran out quickly due to the crowd but workers took a good amount of time to refill food stations. Parking was ridiculous, had some random people in the parking lot sleeping, also 2 guys walking around property who didn’t look like they were up to any good. Not happy With this stay
