Hotel was nice

The hotel was nice. The only problem we had was noisy neighbors. They had a bunch of kids who were messing around with the door between the rooms. They were also very loud with the mom screaming at the kids. Other than the noisy neighbors the hotel was great. Will definitely stay here again.

I usually never have an issue here but this time was different… when we showed up it took us 25-30 mins for the front desk person to be off the phone and acknowledge us for checkin! Usually check in takes us about 5 minutes and i understand the front counter person was on the phone but at some point it would’ve been nice for her to quickly put the person on hold and quickly check us in as it was already 9:30pm on a Crappy snowy night!! And then when she was finally off the phone she asked us if we needed an accessible room because Expedia had us in a 1 Bed King that was handicap accessible and we said no if you have something else king we’d gladly switch so if someone needed the accessible room they could have it!! She then told us she had another room with a jacuzzi tub and I said that’s fine but I’d rather pay extra as it wasn’t my mistake that the room was accessible, she proceeded to tell me it would be a little extra which I would’ve been fine paying for… well this is where is gets funny she tells me it’ll be more then the little extra… She couldn’t explain why it went up so much so she then told us she would put us back in the room we originally booked!! We finally get to our room around 9:55 only to realize we didn’t get the 1 bed king room we paid for she ended up putting us in a 2 bed queen room… at this point I was so tired, stressed and hungry that I just wanted to eat and go to sleep, so we slept and checked out early in the morning! Almost felt ripped off…

We've been staying at this hotel for YEARS and It has went so downhill. Our room was 50 degrees when we arrived and the heat unit was completely unplugged from the wall. We plugged it in and turned it on and it NEVER got warm turns out it must of been broken because it would only blow cold air. We had to sleep in sweat shirts sweat pants and socks and still FROZE. It was 14 degrees outside and our hotel room was unbearably cold. When I told the front desk all they did was apologize for the inconvenience. I would think they could of gave us some kind of credit or discount on our room because after spending the money to stay and then not even having heat in the dead of winter was RIDICULOUS. On top of that our key cards wouldn't unlock the game room we had to go ask the front desk. Then we tried to let the kids play the arcade games but you have to put money on a reward card and the machine for that wouldn't work either. Lastly they took the slide out of the pool which we were super disappointed about because the kids look forward to it every year. All in all after coming to this hotel for the past 15 years this experience really discouraged us from ever coming back.

love family time

love this hotel, kitchenette in room with microwave, fridge snd stove. Sergios is right next door and delicious. Pool is fun. Basketball 1/2 court perfect for game of horse or free-throws. Arcade overpriced but pool/billiards only $1 per game

Not clean at all!

The pullout bed in the couch seems like it has never been replaced, very thin and springs are showing. We asked for an extra blanket and the one we got had dirt on it, when we went down to ask for a different one we were told that was the only one they had. The king bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows are half the size of a standard size pillow and super lumpy. The blankets on the king bed had not been washed, there was food or something caked on them. It was the worst night sleep for our entire family on our road trip. The floor of our room had trash in the corners as well. The water slide (in the pictures for the hotel) has also been taken down because it was unsafe. The continental breakfast was a joke, awful coffee, some Twix flavored yogurts and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. There was a pancake machine but it was broken. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. You couldn’t pay me to stay at there again.

Was a great stay for the night. Is a great place to stay even longer makes you feel right at home. Will definitely stay again! Check in staff was amazing very friendly and helpful.
