Worst stay ever and wedding was ruined. Power outage occurred and they allowed us to go all night without and water or electric when they had generators in the barn next door. Our family had to go to the store just to provide heat for our children because we kept being told power would be restored at different times and never did. It wasn't until the following day on my wedding day that we were offered a room to get ready in a couple hours before I was supposed to walk down the aisle. Even though she was aware the power was out still collected our money to be allowed to hold our wedding there. Knew we had family from out of state coming to the property and couldn't cancel the night before or day of. For our wedding we were given extension cords to plug 2 space heaters in for our guests. And some lamps. And a used portapotty from the barn workers for our guests to use the bathroom because of no running water or ability to flush the toilet. When we arrived the property was not ready and there were piles of horse feces in the front and back walkway, we told her while she was at the property because our dogs kept going to eat it and she said yeah dogs tend to do that, and never had it cleaned up. The gas fireplace did not work, when we went to use it she told us that someone cut the cords so it no longer worked. By far the worst stay the host made very bare minimal effort to make our stay comfortable, ruined our wedding, trip ended early because it was unbearable and no refund.
