Restaurant/Bar as advertised has been closed since COVID. Nothing much open in evening for dinner except downtown near the Casino and waterfront. The restaurant is open for breakfast which was adequate and cost €12 each. Fairly basic room, bed comfy, tight WC, reflected in the nightly rate. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

We had a pleasant night at this hotel. Situated in the quiet zone in the walkable distance from train station and the old city. The hotel offers the free parking on site, and there is a bus stop nearby (bus is free of charge). The room amenities are fine, just the hotel itself is quite old and plumbing should be changed.

Free parking and easy access to the hotel are definite pluses. The room was clean and check-out was smooth. But the overall condition of the room was poor – the triple room felt very cramped, with worn-out fittings, a broken shower holder, and no hot water in the tap in the morning.

We had a reservation booked early in June on Expedia in Brit hotel, Granville France, on the 8 of August. As usual expedia sends reminders of reservations prior to check in . We never received a cancellation or any problem of this sort before 8 August. Upon our arrival at the hotel , 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 8 being tired all day long, we were surprised to know that our reservation was cancelled with no reason ( probably overbooking) except system failure from the hotel. They didn’t have a room for us in close hotels except in Brit Hotel in Saint Lo 53 kms away with same price as we reserved in Granville. We went to Brit Saint Lo only to discover that the staff in Granville was lying to us . The manager and staff wanted to sell us 2 rooms with double price, ignoring the fact that we didn’t create the issue . Brit hotel did. I don’t recommend this hotel , knowing that this is the first time it happens with me. This hotel have no respect to clients .

Sehr überholungsbedürftiges Hotel, dass jedoch den Namen Hotel nicht verdient. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, aber damit hat es sich schon. Alte Infrastruktur, Wasserhahnen die tropfen, Wasser dass zur Kabine raus läuft. Um an Toilette zu gelangen, muss man sich verbiegen, so eng ist das Bad. Das ganze Zimmer war sehr ringhörig. Alte, abgenutzte Matratzen. Nein, in dieses Hotel würde ich definitiv nicht wieder kommen.
