Food was not even warm. you are not using the right warmers with the pans. I was informed the staff make the coffee weak and to use the espresso machine. My second day they were out of some items. Staff were not very friendly. I do not believe there is a parking space for every room.

The room was fine but the staff forgot to relay the late checkout that was requested so they banged on the door at 11am and tried to enter the room. After the 3rd return of the banging staff we opened the door and explained the late checkout request. They did apologize for the banging.

This hotel was in a convenient location, safe and had an efficient, friendly staff. The hot tub was awesome in the rain. I really appreciated it. The breakfast was great and the attendant was so friendly. The only aspect I didn’t like was the metal frame on the bed that made a clanking noise. It was a little to firm for me-but I know I like an extra soft bed. I would recommend this hotel with their excellent t staff anytime you’re in the area!

Great location for my stay, room was ample size, comfortable bed, bathroom needed a good cleaning and door facings replaced. Nice that it had a small frig, I enjoyed the breakfast and fruit snacks. Employees were friendly, room service very very slow when requested towels.

The room was dirty, some potential drug paraphernalia was found on the bed side, as well as a chicken bone in the floor from the last guest. For the price, it is unfortunate to be staying in a dirty room. There was also hair in the bathtub. Talk about disappointing.

Carpet was recently cleaned and the room had an overpowering odor making it hard to sleep. There was a dirty sock under the bed. The sliding window was not locked shut (glad I checked). I tripped over the steps going to the room (uneven) and the step going into the room was low to floor of room. Stepping out I almost fell (not ADA, or standard height, dangerous). Front desk was very friendly even though she was under stress due to housekeeping/carpet cleaning in many units messed up her room scheduling and she had to shift everything for several people. That's why I didn't request a different room.
