Unser schönes 1-Zimmer-Appartment befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Ortslage. Vom eigenen Balkon blickt man auf die umliegende Berglandschaft. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Das Rauchen im Gebäude ist untersagt. Tiere auf Anfrage.Parken: Ein Stellplatz für ein Fahrzeug kann für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes mitbenutzt werden. Natur:Ein besonderes Highlight befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Das Moor Naturschutzgebiet „Kendlmühlfilze“. Auf einem befestigten Wanderweg bekommt man einen einzigartigen Einblick in das größte Hochmoorgebiet im südostbayrischen Raum. Verkehrsmittel Nur ca. 3 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der schöne Badesee, umringt von den Chiemgauer Bergen. Entfernung zu den Autobahnzufahrten der A8, 8 km (Bernau am Chiemsee) bzw. 10 km (Grabenstätt). Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 500 Metern Entfernung.
Die gemütliche Wohnung verfügt über einen Wohn- Ess- und Schlafbereich, ein separates Badezimmer sowie einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das große Bett (Liegefläche 160 x 200cm) und ein Schlafsofa (Liegefläche 150 x 200cm) beherbergen 1 bis maximal 4 Personen. TV, Radio und WLAN inklusive.
