Thanks to the ideal location, you enjoy a wonderful view of the idyllic mountain panorama and can quickly leave everyday stress behind. For day trips, Lake Chiemsee, about 11 km away, is a great option and can be reached by car in about 16 minutes. There you can take a boat trip to Fraueninsel or enjoy long walks along the shore. The nearest bus stop is a three-minute walk away, and the centre of Grassau can be reached in about twenty minutes on foot.
