Schön!

Sehr schönes, luxoriöses Haus in sehr gutem Zustand mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Schöne Lage. Mückenfenster hier und da wären schön. Garten mit perfektem beheiztem Pool und schöner Aussicht. Alles da, was man braucht. Liegt direkt an einer Strasse, allerdings wenig Verkehr. Videoüberwachung des Grundstücks gut, allerdings inklusive des Poolbereiches, was gar nicht geht. Nach Grasse (abends wenig los) ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss, allerdings mehr als 100 Höhenmeter... Der hauseigene Stellplatz ist mit langem Wagen schwer zu erreichen, mit Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit (Sportwagen) gar nicht. Müsste man an der Strasse parken. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn die Details nicht stören.

Belle villa à améliorer pour plus de fonctionnalités

On commence par le positif avec un acceuil et suivi agréable du gérant. Une belle maison et piscine sur un petit terrain. L'accès aux voitures basses est dangereux mais bref on se detend par la suite quand le compteur électrique ne saute pas ou l'eau chaude ne se fait rare. Que dire de la superbe cuisine extérieure où vous n'avez même pas de quoi faire une grillade. Je n'ai plus qu'à vous souhaiter un bon séjour et surtout une amélioration du propriétaire suite à mes commentaires.
