Located in the countryside but close to all amenities, just below a magnificent classified irrigation canal, the chalet is an ideal place for rest or excursions on the Côte d'Azur or the Grasse hinterland, the Pre-Alps , the Estérel massif, the Saint Cassien lake, the Loup georges, the Verdon canyon, the visit of picturesque hilltop villages (Mougins, Gourdon, Tourrette-sur-Loup, Valbonne, Saint-Paul de Vence, Vence ...), hikes on the coastal paths by the sea (tour of Cap Ferrat, Cap d'Antibes, Chemin des Contrebandiers, Chemin de la Pointe de l'Aiguille), or visiting cities such as Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Mandelieu.

The chalet is located in a small corner of paradise in the middle of century-old olive trees not overlooked in absolute calm with a magnificent view of the countryside, the Estérel mountains to the west, the Grasse hinterland to the north and a part of the French Riviera to the south. Squirrels and birds are the hosts of these timeless places. The canal is 10 meters from the chalet for a bucolic walk for several kilometers from the bottom of Grasse to Le Cannet. You can go to Mouans-Sartoux on foot by the Canal to get bread in the morning ... The restanque of the chalet will enchant you for a barbecue on the plancha.

Ideal for a couple, or a couple possibly with 1 or 2 children (2nd bedroom in the low ceiling mezzanine). It benefits from all the comfort of a traditional house. Private parking.

Nice airport is 30 km away, Mouans-Sartoux train station 1km, the A8 motorway exit Cannes and Cannes Grasse expressway exit Mouans Sartoux 5 minutes.

Detailed description of the chalet:
The chalet consists on the ground floor of a bedroom that can be closed with a removable glass partition, a kitchen equipped with a table for four people, a bathroom with shower cabin.
A wooden staircase goes up to the low ceiling mezzanine in which there is a double bed placed on the parquet floor suitable for children.
Outside, a large wooden terrace overlooking the olive grove. Installed in a comfortable garden furniture, you can admire the beauty of the surrounding countryside and enjoy the tranquility of the place sheltered by large olive trees. A pretty glass and wrought iron table awaits you for a country meal surrounded by a sea of olive trees and large meadows; in the distance the Estérel mountains on which the sun sets, the Mediterranean coast to the south, the town of Grasse perched on the pre-Alps to the north, behind you to the east the hill on the side of which the Canal winds of the Siagne.

The natural environment is one of the reasons why the chalet is a place of healing, of rest far from the tumult of civilization: no road, no noise, just a few wild or domestic animals that roam freely around. You will certainly see some squirrels wandering along a very specific route from branch to branch through olive trees in the morning and in the evening. Many birds nest in the trees around you (blackbirds, magpies, robins, finches, raptors spinning in the sky ...); in the evening nature becomes more present and we sometimes hear the cry of foxes, owls or other unidentified people. Besides the wild animals, you will certainly meet our four cats which frolic in the countryside or climb with olive trees; there are also several dogs that roam freely from property to property and regularly visit us.
The wood fits perfectly well in the wilderness, and the chalet is not even visible from the bottom of the property, camouflaged in the greenery.
