House with excellent location, cond Our Lady of Lourdes, close to the center (courtyard of events of the city with free shows) and 300 meters after Villa Hipica, has 480m indoor area, with 5 qts, 4 suites and one with balcony in L ground floor and another on the top floor with beautiful view of the Ipojuca River, large living room with two rooms and fireplace, mezzanine with LCD TV, very large lower L balcony, upper balcony of the mezzanine overlooking the mountains and the Ipojuca River, equipped with SKY antenna, 9 liters tank and well, capacity up to 15 people. Ideal for big family. The exterior area of the house is 1000 m and all walled, ideal for pets, where we have vegetable planting (with gardener) and corn for June parties. Capacity up to 5 cars in the garage. The house is located inside the condominium Nossa Senhora de Lourdes, It also has swimming pool for adults and children, party room with geek table (party in São Joao), volleyball and soccer court, playground, little church. In the street where the condominium is located has several beauty salons, bakery, grocery stores, building warehouses. It is located 1000 meters from Patio Chucre Mussa Zazar, where great free concerts are held on festive dates (Holy Week, St. John, winter festival, Christmas ....).

Gostamos bastante

Gostamos muito da estada na casa de Lucyana e do seu atendimento e dos seus funcionários. Nos foi informado que a casa tinha tudo o necessário e que não precisaríamos levar nada, apenas toalhas e roupas de cama, mas quando chegamos lá não havia redes disponíveis e nem travesseiros nas camas. Tivemos que ficar os 4 dias lá sem esses itens essenciais para o nosso conforto. Ficamos apreensivos quanto ao uso da água também, pq nos foi informado que tinha pouca água e q deveríamos economizar. Acabou o gás no meio da nossa estada, por sorte tinha outro de reserva lá. De resto gostamos e curtimos bastante e contamos com o apoio dos funcionários do local.
