Apartment 'Liivv House - Lake Como' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Gravedona ed Uniti, 50 meters from the center and the lakefront, the "Liivv House" apartment offers breathtaking views of Lake Como and the mountains. In a quiet and private location, it has a private terrace equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing moments.

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms: one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed, with the option of an additional single bed for the fifth guest or a comfortable sofa bed. A baby crib is available free of charge upon request. The bathroom is large and equipped with a shower, bidet and hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, traditional and microwave oven, waffle coffee maker and toaster. A high chair for children is available upon request. The spacious living room has satellite TV, a large six-seater sofa, a rocking chair and a fireplace.

The laundry room, in a dedicated room, has a washing machine, hand-washing fountain, and indoor and outdoor clotheslines. Linens and towels are provided free of charge once per stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is also ideal for video calls.

Guests have free private parking for one car and two motorcycles, as well as secure bicycle storage. If needed, there are four free parking spaces and ample public parking 50 meters away.

Small pets are allowed with prior notice and a deposit, returned at check-out. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor spaces, and parties are not permitted.

The host recommends the ice cream shop "La Cueva" in Domaso and the restaurant "Garbatona" in Gravedona ed Uniti. All nearby villages are connected by a bicycle and pedestrian path along the lake.
