Wij verbleven een week op deze prachtige plek. WAT een fantastisch appartement. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk, de uitleg over het huisje en de omgeving heel uitgebreid. Het appartement is zeer recent gerenoveerd, wij waren een van de eerste gasten sindsdien. En prachtig hoor! De badkamer is splinternieuw met een heerlijke douche, de indeling van de kamers was anders dan wij op de foto hadden gezien. Nog mooier! Nu hebben allebei de slaapkamers ramen en ook de douche heeft een raam. De keuken is nieuw. Alles werkelijk fantastisch mooi. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje, de slaapkamer, het terras is werkelijk fenomenaal. Echt zo mooi als het op de foto's staat! Ik had vooraf ook wel e.e.a. gelezen over de steile helling om bij de parkeerplaats te komen. Dat is inderdaad even wennen maar na een paar keer prima te doen. Wij rijden een vrij lange lage auto zelfs daarmee is het goed te doen hoor, gewoon even met beleid van de helling af rijden en flink gas geven als je de helling op rijd. Het huisje was ook goed schoon toen we aan kwamen. Alleen maar positieve ervaringen, als je op zoek bent naar een ruim huisje, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien (ook in de keuken was alles goed aanwezig) dan hier zeker naar toe gaan. Ook al in andere reviews gelezen en dat is wel echt zo, je moet wel goed ter been zijn, de trappen op en af naar je huisje vanaf de parkeerplaats (t zijn er 81) moet je wel kunnen lopen anders kan je er niet komen.

Appartement heeft duidelijk een upgrade nodig bank zakt door kan je niet op zitten Fris dekbed zou ook niet verkeerd zijn Nu dekens niets mis mee maar ruik erg muf Alles is stuk of gaat stuk Openslaande deuren moeten dicht blijven slot kapot Vaatwasser stuk Ook de lift was kapot is weer gerepareerd Omschrijving 5 personen alles is gericht op 4 dat geeft nog behoorlijke aanpassing met slecht weer er zijn 4 eethoek stoelen 4 buiten stoelen De weg naar beneden is super stijl wielen komen los je ziet even niks Ook met omhoog rijden is her Russisch roulette zodra je wielen boven zijn moet je per direct Je stuur omgooien anders zit je tegen het hek boven let wel er is maar een klein plat stuk boven en je zit aan een doorgaande weg duimen dat er geen verkeer aankomt Iedereen rijdt hier met een kleine auto dus dit zou wel vermeld moeten worden een lage auto kan niet naar beneden En vooral op je parkeerplaats blijven De middelste plek is ruimere en makkelijker achteruit te draaien alle andere gasten waren weg dus parkeren wij in de middelste parkeerplaats had ik wel beter eerst kunnen overleggen nameten de eigenaar Waren er toch Nog gasten gekomen Geen probleem zou je denken er stond nergens in de boeking vermeld welke plaats je dus konden hun toch gewoon op de linkse plaats staan Op zondag morgen moest mijn man de auto gaan verzetten maar de auto van de andere gasten stond nu op de linker plaats Dus moest ik op zondagochtend mee in pyama met de eigenaar naar de nieuwe gasten om te vragen of wij daar mochten blijven staan Was helemaal geen probleem Zwembad is wel supper echt zoal op de foto uitzicht grandioos Gravedonna is een leuk stadje met de veerdiensten kan je overal op,het meer komen . Leuke stranden n We hebben samen een leuke vakantie zien veel mooie dingen Dus alles is oke De eigenaar was zeer onvriendelijk Alle gasten waren

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Sitzplatz, Pool und toller Aussicht. In der Küche/Wohnung hatte es alles, was wir brauchten. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen und eingeführt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll. Die Wohnung ist aber so gut gelegen, dass wir trotzdem Wanderungen, Radtouren, Bootsfahrten und Spaziergänge unternehmen konnten. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz braucht beim ersten Mal ziemlich Überwindung, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kleine Apartmentanlage, die von freundlichen Italienern geführt wird. Schöner Pool mit vielen Liegen. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hatte einen eigenen Garten inkl. Lobbering, Esstisch und extra Gartenstühlen, perfekt! Die Wohnung war auch komplett ausgestattet mit einer geräumigen Küche inkl. ausreichender Ausstattung und einer Spülmaschine. Badezimmer etwas veraltet, aber ausreichend Lage ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß (über steilen Weg) nach Gravedona, wo Sie ein paar nette Restaurants haben. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Beispiel nach Bellagio und varenna.Enige Aufmerksamkeit ist, dass es etwas sauberer hätte sein können, aber nicht störend war.

Was für ein wunderschöner und wundervoller Aufenthalt das war! Wir (Paar) waren hier für eine Woche, um fern zu arbeiten (wir sind aus den Niederlanden) und uns zu entspannen. Das Haus und die Aussicht sind einfach unglaublich, es hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, um richtig im Haus oder draußen im privaten Garten zu arbeiten. Wenn wir nicht arbeiteten, schwammen wir im schönen Pool oder gingen ins Dorf hinunter. Nur nichts schlechtes über diesen Ort zu sagen, es war so perfekt. Die Besitzer (Stefano und seine Frau) waren auch super und so nett. Hilfsbereit, aufrichtig interessiert und immer für ein Gespräch. Wir haben auch frische Tomaten und Basilikum aus dem Garten. Vielen Dank! Würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen!

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und Sie genießen das Leben auf dem See. Boote kommen an und fahren ab. Das Haus ist modern, sehr sauber und komplett. Nicht unbedingt sehr atmosphärisch. Schöner Pool mit Dusche. Das Parken hat gut funktioniert, aber italienisch steil! Die Eigentümer wohnen über der Wohnung, aber die Terrasse in der Wohnung fühlt sich privat an.
