In the hamlet Brenzio 4.5 km from the centre of Gravedona, 51 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 4.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, terraced garden with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 3 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop 2.7 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 3 km, railway station "Colico" 21 km, sandy beach "Serenella" 4.5 km, grass beach "Lido di Gravedona" 4.5 km. Marina 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 26 km, surf school 4.5 km, sailing school 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Museo della Barca Lariana-Porlezza, Lake Como Adventure Park, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Menaggio, Bellagio.
