Access to the upper floor by a steep staircase which serves three low-ceilinged attic bedrooms, two of which have a 1.5m cross beam:

Access by a white path, adjoining private unfenced land of 600m² + 1700m² private on the edge of the stream, private enclosed flowery courtyard of 85m², barbecue. Parking.

Well-being services by the owner: Foot reflexology, Back well-being massage and Reiki.
